The Membership program is the way in which Audiocostruzioni recognizes and rewards those who share our passion for music and high fidelity. The more points you accumulate, the higher your level, and the more exclusive rewards you can unlock and redeem.

No. Once you reach a level (Member, Collector, or Ambassador), you keep it forever, regardless of how many points you spend. Your level is determined by the points you accumulate over time, not your current balance.

There are several ways to earn points: 1 point for every euro spent on online purchases directly from the website cart; 100 bonus points for creating an account; 300 bonus points for subscribing to the newsletter; and 50 points for each official social media channel you follow (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Visit the "How to Earn Points" section for full details.

If the order is subsequently canceled, failed, or refunded, the corresponding points will be automatically deducted from your balance (the level achieved, however, remains permanent).

Go to the "Rewards" section of your Membership area, select the reward you want, and click the "Redeem" button. The system will check whether you have enough points and that your level is eligible for the reward. The points will be deducted immediately. Member-level rewards are accessible to everyone; Collector rewards require you to have reached 3.000 accumulated points; Ambassador rewards require you to have reached 7.500 accumulated points. Even if you have sufficient current points, you cannot redeem a reward at a higher level than your current one.

No, under no circumstances. Each coupon code issued following a redemption is unique and linked exclusively to the email address of the account that redeemed it. It cannot be transferred, shared, or used by third parties, even if they know the code: the system will automatically block its use by a different account.

Only one coupon code can be applied per order. If you wish to use multiple coupons, you will need to place separate orders.

Physical rewards do NOT have guaranteed delivery times. They may also be temporarily unavailable due to inventory or supply constraints. We will always update you via email regarding availability and tracking information. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].

If a reward is temporarily unavailable when you redeem it, we will contact you by email and refund your points so you can redeem another one or wait for a restock.
