Receiver which at first glance suggests its role as top of the range with a significant size (over 15 kilos in weight) which contains a power section of 2x200 watts or 7x120 watts RMS.

On the rear panel the long parade of connections, many and different in format: four analogue audio inputs, 7.1 channel inputs, two coaxial digital and four optical digital; for the audio outputs we count the seven for the speakers, L+R pre-out and the double output for the subwoofer for 7.2 configuration; for the video section we have six HDMI and two MHL inputs; two HDMI 2.0, ARC on HDMI 1 and zone 2 on HDMI 2 output for independent audio/video playback in a second room.

Added to these are the headphone socket (up to 600 ohm), IR emitter and receiver, three IR outs, three 12V trigger outs; an RS232, a Wi-Fi module, an Ethernet network connector thanks to which it is possible to play audio files from UPnP and NAS servers with 24bit/192kHz resolution, support for the optional aptX BT100 Bluetooth receiver and Spotify Connect. On the front panel a USB type A, a mini-jack and an HDMI MHL. The CXR200 supports 3D, 4K and ARC.
