This construction offers 150 times the rigidity of traditional single-layer cones, eliminating distortion and unwanted coloration.

The cabinet uses premium materials such as ARC (thermoset polymer) for the front and base, while the curved side panels in fine wood receive 11 coats of gloss polyester paint. The interior is carefully damped with bituminous materials and steel reinforcements connecting the front and rear to eliminate parasitic vibrations.
