Description

Class D powered subwoofer with air suspension. 16cm long-throw woofer with aluminum cone. 100W Class D amplifier power with NextGen modules. Variable crossover frequency from 30 to 120Hz. Both high- and low-level inputs with independent volume and cut-off frequency controls. LFE input. Fase 0/180°. Very compact cabinet dimensions: 24x21x26cm.

The Rel Tzero MKllI active subwoofer is a true REL, only smaller in size. It is capable of enriching small/medium sized environments with deep and natural bass, bringing Rel quality both in hifi and home theater.
Compared to the model it replaces (TZero MKII), it uses a new 16cm long-excursion woofer, with an aluminum cone, very rigid but at the same time very fast in its transient response, capable of going even lower than the previous one. This is also thanks to the new 100W class D amplifier that uses the latest generation NextGen modules. The connections are always complete, high and low level with the addition of the dedicated LFE home theater channel with separate volume. The compact size and attractive price make it ideal for small apartments and studios.

Like the other models in the T Series, the T-Zero MKIII also uses all the proprietary circuitry that has made REL famous: the variable crossover frequency, the high-level Neutrik SpeakonTM inputs, the low-level RCA inputs and the famous .1/LFE input with its separate volume, for maximum flexibility whether inserted into a hi-fi system or a home theater.
Its performance is amazing, considering its small size: 24x21x26cm (HxWxD) for a weight of 6,8Kg.

In general, the Tzero project, in its various versions, is in many ways the most ambitious that Rel has ever created, because generating such low frequencies from a subwoofer of such small dimensions is certainly not for everyone. Only a company dedicated to the creation of subwoofers for years can be able to do it.

The T-Zero MKIII is also ideal for use with computer speakers, small audio systems in small rooms or even in the office.
