Obviously it has the same DLNA network features to stream gapless HD audio files as its bigger brother SR7008 does, and the same possibility of interaction with Android, Spotify services, internet radio and Airplay connectivity from iTunes and all other iDevice. It also features a convenient front HDMI input and two rear HDMI outputs that can be used simultaneously, plus an additional HDMI output for multiroom. And like its bigger brother it has Auyssey DSX and DTS Neo:X 7.1 for signal processing, an iPod compatible USB input and a MM phono input for vinyl lovers. But SR6008 is not only versatile, it is also very powerful, to be precise it is capable of delivering 185W for each of the 7 channels and given that the digital audio signal (Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD) is sent from one of the 6 HDMI inputs that support 3D 4k video signal, the resulting audio quality is breathtaking. On top of all this, adjustment and optimization are quick and easy thanks to Audyssey MultEQ XT Pro, Setup Assistance and the graphical interface. Pure pleasure has never been so simple.
