Description

Il Maestro Anniversary is l 'stereo integrated amplifier flagship of the Anniversary line of Audio Analogue, heir of the Maestro Integrato. It was born in the Airtech laboratories from the experience of the Puccini Anniversary, but with an important difference: the amplification chain is fully balanced until the final stage.

Here too, there is no overall feedback , not even in the preamp stages. Power output rises to 150 W into 8 ohms, 300 W into 4 ohms, and 500 W into 2 ohms, with four pairs of output transistors per channel; a DC servo, active only below a few tenths of a hertz, keeps the operating point stable.

How is it built inside? Like three separate devices on separate boards: the power supply, with a transformer of about 600 VA per channel and 67.200 µF of total filtering; the power dual mono; the preamplifier, too dual mono, with class A input buffer and resistor string volume control, without operanationals.

It has two balanced XLR and three RCA inputs and accepts signals up to 6 V. It is also available in the Maestro RR version , with relay volume attenuation and resistors. Military-spec components, polypropylene capacitors and 7N OCC copper wiring complete the design.

About the brand

Audio Analogue is an Italian hi-fi electronics manufacturer based in Monsummano Terme, in the province of Pistoia. The idea for the first product took shape in 1995, and in January 1996, the brand made its name at the CES in Las Vegas with the prototype of a 40-watt integrated amplifier, the Puccini, which went into production in mid-1996. The actual first product was actually a converter, the Vivaldi, of which only 25 were built.

In the following years, the catalog expanded rapidly: the Puccini SE in 1997, the Bellini preamplifier and Donizetti power amplifier in 1998, the Paganini CD player in 1999, and finally the Maestro integrated amplifier in 2001, marking the brand's decisive move toward the high-end market. The names of Italian composers have become a recognizable signature of the brand. Audio Analogue is part of AF Group.

In 2013 the co-founder Claudio Bertini created Airtech, a laboratory and brand from which today cables, speakers and the most ambitious projects are born Audio AnalogueThe first fruit of this collaboration was the 2015 Puccini Anniversary, created to celebrate the first twenty years of activity: it is the brand's first amplifier with Zero Feedback circuitry, i.e. without global counter-reaction, a choice that makes it less sensitive to the speaker load.

The Anniversary line draws on the concepts of historic devices with Airtech technology; above it is the ABsolute line, while the PureAA recalls the construction simplicity of the first models while focusing on the best performance/price ratio. The AAcento was the first PureAA product: integrated without global feedback in both the pre and power stages, with a MM/MC phono stage and a Class A headphone output. The brand also includes BCD, dedicated to cables and accessories.

We offer three models from the Anniversary line: the Puccini Anniversary and Maestro Anniversary integrated amplifiers, and the Bellini Anniversary preamplifier. For vinyl, the AA Phono preamplifier from the PureAA line is available.

The Puccini Anniversary is the natural entry point to the high-end Audio AnalogueA complete integrated amp, suitable for most floorstanding speakers in standard home environments. The Maestro Anniversary is the perfect choice when you need more power and control, with large or inefficient speakers, or simply when you want the best in a single package. The Bellini Anniversary makes sense in a system with separate electronics, paired with a suitable power amplifier.

Those who listen to a lot of vinyl can use the AA Phono alongside any amplifier that doesn't have a good phono input.

In our showroom in Carpi you can listen to the Audio Analogue In the listening room, compare the different integrated amplifiers and check the match with your speakers with the advice of our staff. The models can also be ordered online at audiocostruzioni.com with shipping, and you can ask us for advice by email before purchasing. We'll also consider trading in your current components, so you can upgrade to a more premium model with less hassle.

Integrated, Pre-Amplifier, or Receiver: A Guide to Choosing

When building a Hi-Fi system, choosing the right amplifier is one of the most important—and often confusing—steps. Integrated amplifier, preamplifier and power amplifier pair, receiver: three different philosophies, three ways of understanding sound and experience…

What is an integrated amplifier and why is it the point

The integrated amplifier is the most common solution in home Hi-Fi, and for good reason. It combines two essential functions in a single chassis: the preamplifier, which manages the sources, adjusts the volume, and shapes the audio signal, and the power amplifier, which amplifies the signal to drive the speakers. It's the natural choice for those who want a complete, efficient, and ready-to-use system without complications.
