About the brand

Klipsch is an American loudspeaker brand founded in 1946 by Paul W. Klipsch in Hope, Arkansas, USA. The company positions itself in the premium segment of the audio market, offering solutions for discerning audiophiles and high-fidelity enthusiasts seeking superior sound performance and innovative technologies.
Klipsch's corporate philosophy is based on the principles established by its founder: high efficiency with low distortion, controlled directivity, linear frequency response, and wide dynamic range. Paul Klipsch, an engineer and acoustics pioneer, hand-built the first Klipschorns in a sheet metal shed in Hope, Arkansas, with the goal of creating loudspeakers capable of reproducing live sound with the utmost fidelity. This dedication has made Klipsch one of the most respected brands in the world of high fidelity. Even today, all Heritage Series models are built at the Klipsch factory in Hope, Arkansas.
Signature Klipsch technologies include the renowned Tractrix horn, which delivers controlled dispersion and low distortion. Titanium Linear Travel Suspension (LTS) tweeters optimize diaphragm movement for a more precise response, while rigid and lightweight copper-colored Cerametallic woofers are a hallmark of the Reference Premiere series.
The Klipsch product range extends from the Heritage Series speakers, which retain the original vintage design, to the modern floorstanders and bookshelf speakers of the Reference Premiere line and the more accessible Reference Series.
The series Heritage represents the pinnacle of the brand with iconic models such as the Klipschorn, La Scala, Cornwall IV, Forte and Heresy IV, horn speakers that use updated original design solutions. The line Reference Premiere includes floorstanding and bookshelf speakers with Cerametallic woofers and Tractrix horn-loaded LTS tweeters, perfect for high-end stereo systems, while the series References offers more accessible solutions while maintaining high performance.
Klipsch speakers have been garnering positive reviews from the American and European audio press for decades, including magazines such as Stereophile, What Hi-Fi, and Sound & Vision.
The Klipsch target audience includes experienced audiophiles, live music enthusiasts and audio professionals who seek dynamics, efficiency and fidelity in sound reproduction.
