Non sono riuscito a trovare molto su questo prodotto , in un forum parlavano del modello più piccolo il 7100:

I have spent most of the afternoon listening to the Trio, and it turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant experiance. When first turned on things were not that promicing. A clear and dynamic sound for sure, but one that was quite thin and decidedly bass shy. Warming up for an hour brought a noticable improvement but it was not impresive enough to save it from the dusbin. Having never had an amplifier with so many knobs and switch's I thought I would try them out, just for the sake of it.
The two possition (!!) loudness controll was as bad as I imagined it would be, as were the tone controlls. The tone controlls had a bypass switch, but it didnt seem to make any differance. That only left the filters.
Two are fitted, a subsonic and a high, and to cut to the chase, with both switched on the sound took on a totaly differant dimention. Gone was the thin, bass light sound and in its place we had this huge wall of sound with a bass that I wouldnt have thought my little Kef's capable of producing.
Record after record followed, I was hooked. If any Flat Earth zealot ever tries to tell me that soundstage does not matter, I can look them in the eye and honestly say they are wrong. I was witnessing this huge soundstage that seemed to go on forever. One of my favourite test records, Sheffield Steel by Joe Cocker took on a whole new dimention. I know this record well, at least I thought I did. I have never heard it sound this good.
The amp was on the floor, minus its lid, and as I looked at the huge number of capacitors on the boards, I was thinking to myself "is it worth replacing so many components" when the mighty Trio answered for me. What I had thought was a little fluf on the stylus in fact turned out to be the amp. The distortion got worse and worse untill I switched off. It was only a freeby I told myself as I attacked it with the screwdriver. I only ever wanted it for the case, dont be silly, its not worth the effort. As I sit here looking at the empty shell, I cant help but think, "It would have been worth it".
